The location is perfect, just a short walk to the main square. The room was comfortable and well-appointed with a cozy double bed. The breakfast spread was excellent with diverse options and a delicious egg station. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. A lovely alpaca was a charming touch! 🦙

The hotel is set in a historic convent, which adds a unique charm and amazing architecture to the stay. Free pisco sours and a delightful alpaca in the courtyard provide a fun cultural touch.

No gym on-site in a place of this caliber is disappointing. Some might find the food pricing steep considering the abundance of eateries just outside. opting for a meal on the town might be a better value.

Spent 3 nights here and wow, the service was NEXT LEVEL! From the moment I got stuck with my credit card issue, the staff went above and beyond, huge shoutout to Ana Maria for the Peruvian snacks! Plus, they even celebrated my bday with cake and a card! The breakfast was good but only got to enjoy it once. A little noise from the streets, but honestly, everything else was so worth it!

We recently stayed for 2 nights after an intense hike to Machu Picchu, and it was the perfect choice! The breakfast was mind-blowing with a variety of incredible dishes, and the cooking class was a fun hands-on experience. The highlight was the daily tour of the underground ruins, which truly connected us to the rich history beneath the hotel. I’d love to go back again!

Additionally, the attentive staff went above and beyond, making arrangements for a packed breakfast on our early tour day. However, it could get a bit noisy during peak hours, and the hallway lighting could be brighter for better visibility.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to many attractions, including the fascinating Religious Art Museum and San Blas Temple. I particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet and the complimentary teas available at the entrance. The staff were genuinely helpful and provided an interesting tour of the hotel, highlighting its beautiful architecture. The only downside was that my room lacked a ceiling light, making it feel a bit gloomy at times.
